bet365 ボーナスia Terms of Use

These Terms (hereinafter the “Terms”) provide the rules for using official accounts and webpages (hereinafter the “Service”) that Seven & i Holdings Co., Ltd., (hereinafter the “Company”) operates on bet365 ボーナスia.

Article 1 About the Terms

    5. 5An act of reporting false information to use the Service

    7. 7An act aimed at sales, profits, solicitations, expression of ideological beliefs, etc., or PR with the use of the Service or an act made in preparation for any of them

Article 5 Handling of Posted Content

  2. 2bet365 ボーナスompany has no obligation to follow all users who follow the Service. bet365 ボーナスompany may follow any users who do not follow the Service.
  3. 3bet365 ボーナスompany has no obligation to respond to all posts and comments that users have given to bet365 ボーナスompany on the Service (including likes and replies).

Article 6 Change and Discontinuation of Service

Without advance notice to users, bet365 ボーナスompany may make any change, addition, suspension, discontinuation, etc. regarding any content on the Service (hereinafter “Discontinuation”). bet365 ボーナスompany shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any disadvantage or damage caused to users owing to Discontinuation.

Article 7 Disclaimer

Article 8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and unless otherwise prescribed, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over all disputes related to the Service.
